Hi All,

I’m using WordPress Elementor forms and store the visitor UTM tracking sources with a plugin on hidden fields.

I’m also using the Hubspot Wordpress plugin for the integration and the forms are being captured, however - the hidden fields aren’t.

I wonder if there’s a solution for capturing the hidden fields as well, as they contain important marketing information such as the campaign origin (FB, Linkedin, Google etc), name etc.

Thanks

Hi Raphael,

Did you make sure to match all the fields between the two forms?

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for the reply.

I don’t use a Hubspot form, but all the normal fields are being captured and sent to contact properties (including customized properties).

However - I don’t see any of the hidden fields on the submissions

Hi Raphael,

Maybe try creating a hubspot form with the same fields and then use the form ID to connect the two, thats how we use it and it works quite well.

Hi [@Daniel\_Bleich](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/90669) ,

I was hoping you could expand on this thought of “connecting the two IDs”. I don’t see where or how to do that. We are struggling with the same issue of hidden fields not populating.

Any further explanation would be much apprecaited!

Thanks

Hi Jacob,

I have done it using this knowledgebase article:
