After filling out the form and clicking submit, it goes straight to the Thank You page — no CAPTCHA confirmation appears.
CAPTCHA is enabled in HubSpot. I tried the form on different computers and devices, but it’s still not working.
here’s the link to the booking form

Hi @detrack,
It’s showing correctly for me
There are a variety of network and browser settings that could be effecting this - but I guess the bottomline is: it’s enabled and it’s displaying, potentially just not for select users like you.
Have you done the usual (clear cache/cookies, disable browser extensions, try different network etc)?
Best regards
Sorry, what I meant is that once you click Submit or Confirm on any form on our website with CAPTCHA enabled, the submission goes through without actually triggering the CAPTCHA.
I’ve also shared the form with other users on different networks and devices, but it’s still not working.
@detrack do you mean that users are not forced to select buses and bikes but are simply being let through? My understanding of captcha is that the technology uses different ways of determining whether a user is a human and if this assessment does not require a person to click on stairs or traffic lights, that would be great for conversions and overall user experience.

reCAPTCHA v2 (Invisible reCAPTCHA badge)
The invisible reCAPTCHA badge does not require the user to click on a checkbox, instead it is invoked directly when the user clicks on an existing button on your site or can be invoked via a JavaScript API call. The integration requires a JavaScript callback when reCAPTCHA verification is complete. By default only the most suspicious traffic will be prompted to solve a captcha. To alter this behavior edit your site security preference under advanced settings.
