# Can't send email

submitted the requested form and haven’t heard back please advise..

Appeal forms are reviewed by a member of the HubSpot team within 1-3 business days following the submission of the form you included in your screenshot. Once a decision is reached, your email marketing tool will either be unlocked for use or a new banner will appear informing that email cannot be unlocked.
