Can't send email. Says "This field Layout is empty"

Hi,

I’m trying to schedule an email and I get this error warning that says “Required Fields 1. this field Layout is empty.” The word Layout is a link that goes to the Edit tab, but it doesn’t show me anything. I’m stuck and I need to send this. Any ideas?

I finally found the problem, but I cannot solve it. I need to get rid of the box altogether.

Hello @TRichards8 ,

In your email template if you go the edit section here might be you have added a blank layout like this -

If you can try after removing this might be your issue get resolved.

Another way that this can be handled, it turns out, is to go to the module and turn off the “Required field” part.
