I’m a new user. I created an account on my desktop with a sign in using a google account. All is well there. I then downloaded the app on my android, but I can’t login in. When I get to the sign in page I click on “sign in with google” and for a split second a dialog box pops up that says “Request cancelled by HubSpot” and then the dialog box disappears and nothing happens. I can’t even get to the screen where I say what Google account I’m signing in with. I’ve cleared the cache, cleared data, deleted the app, restarted my phone…all of these things multiple times, but with no luck. Help? ---

Yes, downloaded today. Version 3.121.0. As far as the troubleshooting steps go, I’ve never been able to login, so the logout step isn’t avaialble to me. I also did the restart multiple times, but that didn’t help either. ---

I was never able to solve this problem so instead of logging in via Google I logged into HubSpot on my laptop and created a new password of my own. I think used that password to login on my Android app. An easy workaround. ---

This sounds like an Android sign-in or Google authentication issue rather than an account problem. Since clearing the app data and reinstalling did not help, I’d also check whether Google Play Services, Chrome, and Android System WebView are up to date. These components can affect Google sign-in screens in many Android apps, including apps such as [Truecaller MOD Gold](https://trucallermodi.com/).
