Cant find Contact record from this submission. It may have been deleted {{redacted}

I keep getting this when some users submit wpforms our site which is integrated with hubspot. I checked and no body is deleting the contacts at our end and this information is not sensitive.

As per our documentation,

• The error “No Contact Record” suggests that the form submission didn’t include an email address or another identifier.
• The contact associated with the submission has been deleted from HubSpot.

Considering that the second option is not applicable in your case, we should go ahead and confirm the first one.

Does your form include and /or require the “Email” field?

In this case, and considering you have a paid account, I recommend reaching out to HubSpot support. They have additional tools and access that can help identify the cause of this issue. Usually, deleted contacts end up in the recycle bin, but since that’s not the case according to what you mentioned, it’s best to contact them so they can check what might be happening—whether it’s a workflow or a synchronization issue preventing the contact from being saved, or automatically deleting it.

Hi Diana, the form actually include and require the email field. However, i do have a permission set to Allow submissions without email addresses to create contacts switch on
