I am trying to complete Hubspot CMS test for creating first template. But I am getting error of I can’t select template. I am using free version of Hubspot. I guess it should be free for me to complete this test. I have also tried incognito window. Hello @ISingh39 , Thank you so much for reaching out! Can you try a couple different troubleshooting steps: 1. First, make sure your browser is up to date with the latest version - sometimes a software update can resolve odd behavior issues. 2. If the problem persists, try logging into your portal using a different browser. This will tell us if the issue is related to any settings or add-ons in your current browser. If you don’t have another browser currently installed on your computer, you can download one here: [https://browsehappy.com](https://browsehappy.com/) 3. If that fails, try logging in from a different computer to rule out any settings on your current computer. 4. If that fails, try connecting to a different network - some networks have their own security settings and firewalls that will hamper the performance of certain websites. I have tried different network, browser and different computer as well. Issue still persists. ---

We weren’t able to verify your business information and are unfortunately unable to provide full access to the HubSpot platform. This is a final decision that can’t be appealed. But I am not using it for my business. I am using it for learning Hubspot CMS. ---
