Can't add Inbound Certification to Upwork

Hi Support Team,

I’ve uploaded my Inbound Certificate to Upwork, but it hasn’t been verified yet. The issue is that Hubspot hasn’t sent a confirmation email to Upwork to verify the authenticity of my certificate.

As a result, my certificate won’t be displayed on my profile until Hubspot sends this confirmation.

To clarify, the problem lies not with my submission to Upwork but with Hubspot’s confirmation to Upwork regarding my certificate’s validity.

HubSpot certificates aren’t directly verified through Upwork’s system, so they may not receive automatic confirmation. Instead, you can download your Inbound Marketing certificate as a PDF from your HubSpot account and upload it to Upwork as a document.

If Upwork requests verification, you can provide them with the certificate’s unique URL from HubSpot, which they can check directly.
