Hi, I can’t access the excerises needed in to obtain my CRM certification. I’ve already spent hours taking the exam, and wish to not lose any progress. I’m just 1 person - not a business, and can’t commit to a year of Hubspot Suite. Is there anyway to bypass this? ---

Thanks for posting here @TiffPena3! What is the name of the course you’re currently taking? I can give your portal a two week trial. Looking forward to hearing back! Take care, Nicole Community Helper & Senior Support Specialist ---

Hi @NicoleJ can you also please help me? I can’t access my practical exercise for Sales Hubspot and need the certification. The practical exercises won’t load and I’ve tried doing all possible things like opening it in another browser, clearing cache, and enabling javascript and cookies. Still to no avail. Would appreciate your help on this matter. Thank you! ---

Thanks @TiffPena3, you should be all set- I’ve given your portal a two week trial (when it ends, you’ll not be charged anything etc). So you should be able to complete this! Take care and happy learning, Nicole Community Helper & Senior Support Specialist ---
