Cannot schedule a marketing email to send like I used to be able to...help!

Hi All,

I am trying to schedule a marketing email to be sent out at 10:15am CST this morning. When I click on “Sending” I no longer get the box where it allows me to choose the date and time that I want to schedule it for. And the orange button in the upper right hand corner now says “Review and Publish” instead of “Review and Send.”

If I ‘publish’ my marketing email will it appear somewhere? It is just a regular old marketing email. It is not a follow up to be sent out after a customer fills out a form.

Can anyone help me with this?

I just want to schedule the marketing email to send. Can I still do that? I do not want to create a simple workflow.

Hi @SThomas37,

It sounds like your email may currently be set up as an automated email instead of a regular email. Can you click the Actions button in the top right corner? If you see the option below, you can convert the email to a regular email and you should be all set:
