Apologies for the slow response—I’ve been away on holiday for the past month. Could you please elaborate on what you mean by “too imprecise to be of use”? Is the issue with how the workflow is being triggered (i.e., not always setting the date stamp), or is the custom property itself not capturing the required information (such as missing or incomplete timestamps)?
