# Cannot renew test account.

I have a problem with our test account. It has expired and I’m not able to renew it. The renew button doesn’t show up and I don’t see the developer dashboard at all.

What can I do?

Any screen shots? Do you have a portal id of the expired account and the developer account?

Hi @dennisedson,

Sorry to bother you with this. It turned out that we didn’t have access to the actual developer account at all. So we created a new one.
