# Cannot login with Gmail extension.

Hi,  
I can successfully log in to your web page but cannot via the Gmail extension. The message is “There are no HubSpot accounts for my email address”. Please help.

Can you follow [these steps](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/manage-your-hubspot-sales-extension-settings#sync-account) to sync your account? This should solve your issue.
