Hello, I tried to install Hubspot’s Google Sheets integration app in the marketplace. The app is compatible with my Hubspot subscription and I’m a super admin. I hit the install button and gave the Hubspot Workflow Extension access to my Google account when the popup window appeared, but after I allow it, the install button goes from “connecting” to “install” again and never actually installs. When I try again, the popup window says I’ve already given the extension access and the button goes back to “install” again.

I’ve tried clearing my cache, updating my browser, using an incognito window, using a different browser entirely, and having my coworker try to install it on their account on a different computer. I tried revoking the extension’s access within my google account as well. I get the same result each time. This morning, I actually got an error message that said “Unable to install: closing the pop-up prevented this app from installing. Click “Install app” to try again” -- but the popup in question closes automatically after I click allow.

I need help resolving this issue please. Many thanks

Hi @ReflectionsFilm @BKonukHirst

After looking at this further I can see [this integration](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/listing/google-sheets-228553) is to connect Google Sheets with HubSpot via HubSpot workflows, and workflows are [only available with a Pro subscription](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/add-data-to-google-sheets-with-workflows). As you both have a free subscription, this is the reason why this is not working. I’m sorry for the frustration caused here, I am aware of what is written on the integration page and I have reached out to the team in charge so it can be updated.

Thank you

Best

Tiphaine

I’m having the same problem and I’ve tried on 3 browsers and 2 operating systems. Hubspot support was useless.

Hi Tiphaine, thank you for clarifying the issue.

Yes the page shows I am eligible for the installation, which is misleading. A correction will be good for other users to NOT go down the same route. I took a lot of time to clean the cache, disable extensions, etc. which was all for nothing based on your answer.

Many thanks
