Cannot import Id (eg. Deal Id, Company Id)

Hello,

I’m trying to import the deal Id and company Id to hubspot. Until last month, I can import those ids. But for now, no more options to choose id while importing data.

Could you suggest me how to import the data including the ids.

Thanks for reaching out!

This feature has been moved to the “Map” step of the import process. You can duplicate or update records using the Record ID at that step. I wanted to share this help article that explains how to locate the Record ID dropdown.
