Cannot figure out why I can't use product or line item as a list filter

Hello,
I am not sure what I am doing incorrectly. I have been trying to use my “Medical CME” and “Nursing CEU” products to display on a report and was able to achieve a little success. But I have been unable to used them as a filter for lists so that I can see how many people who registered for an event have paid for that addon. I have been unsuccessful so far. Any tips?

I was able to get it to function on this report (why won’t it work on the list filters?):

Hi @SStewart3,

In your list, you’re filtering for products, not for line items, like in the report. That’s likely the reason.

Hi @SStewart3,

Your report has a negative filter (is not equal to any of) while your list a positive. Can you double check whether you’re using the exact correct product names?

Changing the list filter negative now returns results…but they are not the correct results I need. :sob:

Please keep in mind that I only have the context you share with me. For me to be able to help, you need to share more details.

What are you expecting to see, what are you seeing instead? If the filter is the same as on the report, are you seeing the same in both assets? Have you waited long enough for the list to finish populating?
