Cannot Download or View Certificate

Dear Team,

Neither can I view nor download my certificate. My details are as follows:

1. The email address you completed the certification with: x

2. The name of the certification: Sales Enablement

3. The browsers you have tried loading the content in (name and version): Chrome and Opera

4. Screenshot of the team’s tab within your learning centre

5. Screenshot of the track tab of your learning centre (after searching for your specific certification) Where do I find this?

Thank you for reaching out to us!
Are you logged into a different email address than one that you have taken on? If so, this would be the reason you are not able to view the certifications or the progress.

You would be able to find the learning centre in your last screenshot under your profile on the top right corner> Academy.
