# CANNOT DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATION

I recently just finished the digital marketing course and am unable to download my certification… I am trying to talk to customer support but without upgrading my account I am only able to talk to a chat bot which is a complete scam and totally a trap. I would like to be able to download my certification that I earned!!!

Hey, @DRomano9 👋 The settings show the Sharing toggle for this specific certificate is not enabled. Can you follow the step [**here**](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/help-and-resources/how-can-i-view-and-download-my-certification#:~:text=toggle%20on%20the%20switch), make sure you save and refresh, and then grab a screenshot for me, please?
