I have tried customizing the record customization for the entire account, as well as customizing the properties of the About This Contact card on just my contact view page. Nothing I do changes what the fields that I see when I go to the HubSpot Sales Office 365 Add-In side panel > View Contact > About.
The fields displayed are only ever Email, Phone Number, Company Name, Job Title, and so on. I would like to include First Name and Last Name Fields, Mobile Phone Number, etc., but again, I cannot seem to get this add in to display anything else. I have tried all the different help articles, etc.
Did this change with the change to Record Customization? Where now it says “Your entire record page can now be customized in a single place!” as opposed to where I use to have to select Left Sidebar, etc.
Here’s what I see no matter what…
Even from this article you can see some of the fields I would like to have and even state “The properties here are the ones specified as default in your HubSpot account”…
Followed all that, doesn’t work.
Tried this helpful video that is detailing exactly what I need, but I cannot follow it specifically as it is detailing the process prior to the earlier mentioned updates to the Record Customization process. Even so, changing anything in the Record Customization Default View doesn’t seem to make a difference.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Office 365 add-in, I tried the old Outlook Add-in, I tried it in the browser, etc. Nothing seems to make any difference as to what is displayed here.
I would really appreciate some guidance.
