When creating a new email in Outlook 365 i need to click the Hubspot Sales Tools button to enable bcc to Hubspot of the email. Is there any option in settings to make this copy to Hubspot by default? Is there any setting to always keep Hubspot Sales Tools open in the Outlook view?

Sidebar: check the box beside Show Contact Profiles if you’d like the contact profiles sidebar menu to appear in your email account when sending emails to your contacts.
I will be grateful for any assitance on this issue.
The contact sidebar is specific to seeing a contact’s information within HubSpot when sending an email, as opposed to keeping the HubSpot tracking settings open.
Are you not seeing your contact’s information on the side when sending an email? If so, can you please send along a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Thank you for your answer. When working in outlook i see the Hubspot sidebar on the right side as you explain. The problem is that i have to remember to open the Hubspot sidebar continuously because it closes after each completed task, e.g. after sending an email. Is there any setting available that keep the Hubspot side bar open all the time?
Currently there is no way to keep the sidebar consistently open. This is a known limitation of the tool. If you would like to see this implemented in the future, I would recommend voting for this idea on the ideas forum which requests this functionality.
