# Cancel Subscription without sending notification

We created a subscription for a customer, and it has an error and we need to cancel it; however, there is no option to cancel the subscription without sending a related email to the customer.

There should be a way to cancel a subscription in Hubspot related to a customer account without a notification going to the customer.
