Cancel a meeting booked in hubspot if a criteria is not met

Hi there -

People can book meetings in my agenda through meeting links.

But I want to automatically decline meetings based on a workflow when a company has less than 5 employees.

I created this workflow, but I can’t cancel / decline a meeting. Any ideas here?

I have the operation hub, so I can use custom code.

Hi @EDelouvrier ,

There is no way to decline meetings via a workflow in HubSpot unfortunately. You could instead use a form that redirects contacts to your meetings booking page if they meet the correct criteria . This would ensure that only ‘qualified’ contacts are able to book a meeting with you.
