The pipeline my team has been using suddenly has 3 new stages. I would be interested to know who added them, so I can underrstand why.
Is there a way I can see this?

There is no edit history that I’m aware of. For example, it’s not part of the security activity history.
However, I’d recommend reaching out to HubSpot support about this. The team can typically see in the backend who made these kinds of changes. Get help with HubSpot

Hubspot doesn’t offer a full edit history for sales pipelines. Deal property changes can be viewed under property history. for broader tracking, custom workflows or api might help.
