The comment above is curious because if it’s not retroactive, why does HubSpot put in an old sent email a blind carbon copy link?
After installing the plug in for Outlook looking through the features, I had opened up an email in my sent box and see @bcc.hubspot in an email that I’m replying to from a year ago and have not uploaded any contacts or used HubSpot with this email address?
From what I can tell is that it’s automatically going to track. Seems that the default was that it’s always set to track and log.
I have not tried doing the bulk send from Word but assume . It should be automatically applied.
