We have just implemented Sales Hub Professional and I’m wondering if we can log emails to HubSpot contact/company records that have already been sent and are located in our Outlook sent folder?

Yes, this can be done manually and one-by-one using the forwarding email address or in bulk by purchasing a third-party integration license such as Threads.
