Can you customize the cards on the DEALS board?

HubSpot has a “close” date. I have a custom field that says “Due date” which tells the estimator when the design is due and they can prioritize estimates. Its not tied to the close date.
Is there a way to customize the deal card so it shows this? I have seen some posts that seem to hit on this but the replies and KB articles seem to be pointing to something else.
Do we just have to enter the due date in the deal name?

* Sorting these by due date or manually sorting would be an added bonus

Yes, you can customize the pipeline cards under Settings > Objects > Deal > tab Pipelines > Customize board and card view
