Can we set exact send for a marketing email in a workflow?

Hi all!

We would like to set up an marekting email workflow for an upcoming event. The trigger will be membership on a list and we anticipate folks to jump on the list mid workflow.
We will use about 5 emails and we want to set the exact date for each send. If someone enters the workflow in the middle, we only want them to receive the emails yet to be sent, not the emails which have dates passed (if that makes sense).
By using a “delay until a date” workflow step, will that ensure if someone enters the work flow after that date that they won’t receive the email, and will simply move to the next flow step? Thanks so much!

Yes. Once you add that step you should end up with a branch that says “On Assigned Date” and one for “After Assigned Date”. Just use the after step to keep pushing them down.
