We have a requirement to trigger workflow based on changes to a task object in hubspot.
Currently it is not possible.
Is this feature available in professional or enterprise pricing plans?

You can already trigger workflows based on the status of a task: Set up triggers > When filter criteria is met > Change “Filtering on” dropdown
You’re correct, it’s not possible to create activity-based workflows. However, other users have requested this before: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Activity-Based-Workflows/idi-p/398086

@abhisekpadhi that depends on which type of record you’d like to enroll. As I said, there is no activity-based workflow at this point. You can enroll contacts based on a task completed on that contact, companies based on a task completed on that company and so on.
If you describe your use case in more detail, I can advise.
