Can we bulk unfollow contacts/records?

Hi! Can we bulk unfollow contacts or records to stop note logged notifications from HubSpot? Currently I’m getting irrelevant notifications as they pertain to accounts that are no longer mine.

I have another question - if i’m the contact owner but i’m not ‘following’ the contact, whenever they is a note or email logged associated to the contact, do I still gets a notification?
