I completed my Inbound Marketing Certification in 2020, however I am not able to locate this certfication on my account. I’ve worked with quite a few agencies since then and I’m not quite sure what email or account it may be currently associated with (most likey a non active account). I just recently started a new job at New Breed and I need to figure out how to transfer the certification to that account. (PLEASE HELP)

The community managers are taking a Global Rest Week July 5 - July 9 2021, they would be the ones helping here. If you need your certification before July 12, I’d recommend retaking the exam. (Ugh. I know.) This will also give you the new shiny certification URL.

Certifications are associated with you personal user
not with the portal.
With this in mind, you shoukld try to log into HubSpot with your frequent user
and go to the Hubspot Academy> My team…there you 'd see all your certifications
ante then you can follow this steps
to transfer those certifications
to your new user
