Can you please expand on what HubSpot products you are using?

To make this happen, you’ll have to have some automation features, which are available in Pro.

Sorry, we always tend forgetting the obvious…

it is the free CRM part.

Hi @Ezajo,

You could probably still accomplish this using an integration such as Zapier, but out of the box you won’t be able to make this happen with HubSpot Free CRM.
