Can I set an avatar for email?

I would like to set an avatar to appear when people receive our emails in their inbox, much like Hubspot does for their own emails:

If I could edit the full HTML of emails, I could put it into the header myself but as I can’t, does this functionality exist in HS or has anyone figured out how to do it?
