No need for a workflow, you can find instructions for how to send a preview: Send a test marketing email
If you want to send an email that behaves like the actual email send, clone your email and launch the clone to your test contacts, similar to how you would later launch the original email to your actual list.

We have 5-6 emails daily and need to send test emails to 10 teammates so my boss wants to make this procedure easier (Not send test email maually).
Can we include this 2 actions in 1 workflow? Thanks!

A workflow wouldn’t help insofar as you would have to create an additional workflow for each email. If your plan is to have a workflow enroll the actual recipients a few steps earlier notify internal team members, that wouldn’t work as this internal notification / preview would execute as many times as you have actual recipients.
With 5-6 emails a day and 10 teammates, your best option is to clone the email and send the clone to a contact list that contains your team mates.
Alternatively, have you considered copying the preview link of the email and simply sharing it with the internal team members in a Slack / Teams channel?
