If you’re referring to Marketing Hub Starter, this depends on your contact tier. For Marketing Hub Starter, you have 5X marketing contact tier email send limit per calendar month, see here.

How many contacts do you have? Platforms like Hubspot are contact based and not volume based so you may end up paying more to support this model. If you are more concerned with sending volume vs. sending to a group of contacts, you are probably better off looking to the volume-based email sending platforms like SendGrid, SendInBlue, MailGun, etc. Those platforms are typically better suited where you are more concerned with needing to send based on volume.
