I recently completed and integration that imports all of our sales orders from NetSuite into HubSpot as deals and associates the newly imported deal with an existing hubspot contact.
This is all working well, but when we look at a contact it will list all of the deals that are assigned to the contact, but we have to open each individual deal and then look at the line items for the deal to see what products that the customer purchased.
I am wondering if there is a simple way that we can see what products that a customer/contact has purchased from within the contact on hubspot. More importantly, I would like to initiate a workflow when certain products are purchased by a contact. Is there a way that I can do this with hubspot?
