Can I search for emails based on the filename of attachments?

Can I search for emails based on:
a. the full filename of attachments (ex. “product questionnaire.pdf”)
b. parts of the filename of attachments (ex. “questionnaire”)

No, as far as I know this is not possible via the HubSpot user interface.
