I consistently give call feedback to my team in the comments section of the call recording. I’m wondering if I can pull a report of all the calls that have those comments, or If I can see how many times I’m tagged an SDR using "@"and their name.
Either would accomplish the same thing. Otherwise I have to track them manually which is cumbersome.

HubSpot doesn’t offer native reporting on comments or tags in call recordings, but you can use the search feature to find specific comments in call notes.
If you’re looking to track mentions of SDRs, creating a custom property or using workflows to automate the tracking of keywords could help.
