Can I have an employee only be able to see what he is the owner of?

Can I have an employee only be able to see what he is the owner of? I’m not talking about filtering. I’m talking about him not being able to see any other contacts / deals in hubspot, but only the ones he is the owner of.

Yes you can.

  1. Settings
  2. Users & Teams
  3. Click the checkbox next to the employee
  4. Under Contacts you should see View and Edit
  5. Change those to owned only

You can also do this when adding new HubSpot users.

That should accomplish what you are looking to do!
