Can I combine efforts towards a certification from two different Hubspot accounts?

Hi there! I passed the Contextual Marketing certification test on one of my accounts but was then told to complete practical exericises that are not part of the tier that my account is on. I have a work account that I completed the practical exercises in. Can these be combined to receive my certification?
