We’ve developed a solution that deploys natively on HubSpot (available in the HubSpot Apps Marketplace) and enables you to run fully featured eCommerce functionality, shopping cart, discount codes, etc. This overcomes the issue you’ve encountered with having to set up separate platforms and integrate these platforms back into HubSpot.
