Hi - Can I add new fields / change the name of existing fields on the contacts page. For example if I want to add in professional qualification details on all contact pages?
I have clicked on the edit button / edit columns on the contacts page but the system freezers everytime
If you want to create a custom field, you have to go to your Contact Properties under Settings in the CRM, or under Contacts → Contact Settings in the Marketing software and click ‘Create a property’. From there you can create a ‘professional qualification’ field and, in this case, a drop-down select may be the best option to populate all the different qualification values that you’ve identified.
