Can I add another person signature?

Hey there, I linked our email domain to Hubspot and I would like to send some emails on behalf of our Events Director, is there any way I can have her signature at the bottom?

Hi @USotomayor,

Are you referring to marketing or to sales emails?

For marketing emails, yes, simply change your marketing email template so that it features the information from your director by adding text and image elements. Create and send marketing emails

In the settings tab of the email editor, you can also change the from address to be your director’s.

If you’re referring to sales emails, no, it’s not possible to send emails on behalf of other users, at least not via any recommended routes. (The only exception would be Sales Hub Enterprise where you can create a workflow to enroll contacts into sequences and choose the sender.)

As far as non-recommended routes go, your director could share their login information for HubSpot with you, so you can access HubSpot as them and send emails as them.

Unfortunately not, no, marketing emails don’t support CC.

Hey @USotomayor! You are able to create multiple email signatures for one-to-one sales emails, but like Karsten said, you’re still stuck sending from a single email address.

So an email from emma@kiwi can include a signature with someone elses name, credentials, etc., but will still come from emma@kiwi.

Some folks create a generic user, such as sales@kiwi, and use that seat to send emails “from” different users. But please note, you do have to pay for a generic user (Core, Sales, or Service seat), and it can be dangerous having a generic user since you’ll no longer be able to see who actually did what - all activities will show that “sales@kiwi” did it.
