You should be able to create content in any language, however some notifications, error messages etc. will only be available in certain languages. Learn more about HubSpot’s language offerings here.
Entering a Hebrew first name or importing it should also work, I just tested creating a contact on my end and didn’t experience any issues. Justifying the text to the right margin shouldn’t be an issue either.
If this is your first email send, I’d recommend creating a test send first.
