I’m not looking for a WhatsApp Business number or a channel to send individual messages. My question is specifically about managing a WhatsApp group (not 1:1 conversations).
Is there any way to do this directly through HubSpot, or via an integration?

As long as I know, HubSpot natively supports 1:1 WhatsApp messaging via a connected WhatsApp Business account, not group management or group messaging.
