Can Hubspot be used as an identity provider if it's where users log in?

I can see that Hubspot can integrate with identity providers via SSO protocols like SAML but I was wondering if Hubspot itself can be used as an IDP?

Apologies for delayed response,

HubSpot cannot be used as the identity provider. I am sure you have already found this resource, but just in case here is a link to services you can use to set up SSO (Please note that you will need an enterprise subscription for this feature)
