Greetings!
I am frustrated with chatflows. Other website chat options allow users to quickly enter information without it being a series of questions. Can I set up a chatflow to have one question that can have multiple boxes to collect information?
Currently, I have to have a question for the first name, then a question for the last name, then a question for the email. I would like those to be in one question with boxes that users fill in. Is there a way to do that? Below is a screenshot of a competitor’s chat that I want to replicate, but I cannot figure out how to do this in Hubspot, if it is possible.
Thank you for any guidance!
Hi @DSmith72! I use the Full Name field in my chat flows so the user doesn’t have to type in 2 different fields. That’s one option for that issue at least.
To your other question about multiple fields in 1 question, no. 1 field per question block. Something that you might look at doing, as much as possible, is offering pre-defined responses for some questions. That way it is only a click to respond instead of typing.
You might also consider how you can launch a chat from a form submission. This could be a different approach so you can get the initial, relevant info collected via a form and then move into a chatflow. HubSpot Community - Support forms are now available in the Conversations Inbox - HubSpot Community
Great suggestions here @Crystal_Hopper ! Thanks for your insight
Thank you! I followed your advice and did the same.
