Hello,
We attribute the source of contact and so the revenue to the campaign that generated the first form submission, while Hubspot attributes the source of the contact to the first click on a campaign, the date of the first submission form (weird mix by the way).
We understood how to use the property first conversion to export the contacts per first form submission, but we would like to associate the campaign that drove this first submission form.
How do we do that? 🙂
Merci!

Hi @CSalzano,

In HubSpot attribution reports, you can create reports based on the ‘Asset title’: [Create attribution reports](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-attribution-reports)

That should return form names as the most common asset.

Best regards!

Hello Karsten,

Thanks for your answer!
We have the first form name, we would like to get the Ad campaign (adgroup and ad) that drove the user to the first form submission. We need to associate the two together and we don’t have one form per campaign but only one form per Channel. Is it possible?
Thanks!

@CSalzano in that case you’d create a custom report: [Create reports with the custom report builder](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder)

You would filter the report by the original source corresponding to your paid efforts: [Understand Original and Latest traffic source properties](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/understand-source-properties)

You could then visualize the count of contacts by original source drill-down 1 or 2, broken down by first conversion. That should get you the information you’re looking for 🙂

Thanks Karsten,

So it’s not what we are looking for exactly.
We are searching for the **Source campaign of the click that happens right before the first filled submission form**.
But most of the time this is not equal to what HS called source of origin.
e.g a user clicks on a FB ad, then clicks on a Google ad and filled the first form. Hubspot will take the FB campaign as source of origin of the contact, while we take the Google campaign in our attribution model, cause it’s the channel that drove the lead.

Merci

@CSalzano that won’t be possible with HubSpot out of the box reporting capabilities, I’m afraid. As of my understanding, it would require custom development and scripts.
