I love the new Calls feature that tracks and records the calls. However, in order to make a call you have to click into each individual contact. If you can add the feature so you can Call a Contact through HubSpot from the List View screen that would be much more efficient. Maybe add a telephone icon/button in the column.

List view calling is something that is often a “make or break” with my clients who are looking to adopt a new or switch CRMs. That can be the straw that breaks the camel’s back from them not adopting, so it’s crucial.
