The Problem is that you cant protocoll a Call during when you are on the phone since the menu “Protocoll Call” isn opening when you klick on Stop/Abort when klicking on a Phone Number.
So basicly you cant look through the Contact, Company and Deal during calling with an prospect, because when you stop the Call you have to dial the number again to protocoll anything. The Menu only Shows wen you really Call someone and dont just imitate like and klick Abort/stop.
Thats dumb!
Because of this you are much slower in Calling and lose money!!!
Thanks for posting this question. On iOS, with the new calling flow the post-logging call screen will be presented only once the call has been performed (as a result of that you can decide whether to log the call or skip it). If you want to log a call not related to the fact of having made the call itself at that moment (eg: the call was performed in the past) you can always come back and log a Call type activity through the Log Activity option in the Contact, Company or Deal screens.
