When I am trying to log call earlier to 30 days it is showing “upgrade to log call prior to 30 days”. Even calls before 30 days are not visible under call (under activities section) of deals. This was not the case earlier. Why is it happening now?
Hi @SSingh822,
HubSpot is implementing limits in the free tools to nudge users to upgrade and this seems to be one of the cases, unfortunately for you. If you’re getting a notice that you need to upgrade for this functionality, then this exactly is unfortunately the case.
Best regards
will this rule be implemented for new users or all users?
@SSingh822 that’s rarely documented but I’d be surprised if this was handled differently for users within the same portal.
okay so in one of my hubspot account where I have purchased extra seat I am able to log calls and view logged calls before 30 days. But in my full free account the log call problem before 30 days persists.
@SSingh822 from what you described, that is expected behavior. HubSpot imposes strict limits on free users. The moment you upgrade, these limits are typically lifted and not noticeable anymore. It’s by design. It’s not a problem in that sense.
Anything older than 30 days now falls under the paid features, so those past call logs won’t show up unless the account is upgraded. That’s why your older calls suddenly disappeared.
